These Promotion Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of promotional offer(s) advertised on the AlphaLife Floors website, including the “Get 10% Off — Use Code Spring” offer (the “Promotion”). By submitting a request through our website contact form and using a promo code, you agree to these Terms.

Submit a service request through the AlphaLife Floors website contact form and enter promo code Spring in the promo code field to receive 10% off qualifying services, subject to these Terms.

To redeem the Promotion:

1. Submit the website contact form at alphalifefloors.com.
    
2. Enter Spring in the promo code field at the time of submission.
    
3. Schedule and complete qualifying services with AlphaLife Floors.
    
4. The discount will be applied as described in Section 4.
    

Promo code must be submitted with the initial inquiry through the website form. Codes provided after an estimate is issued, after scheduling, or after work begins may not be honored.

The Promotion is valid from 01/01/26 through 12/01/26 (the “Promotion Period”), unless ended earlier as allowed by these Terms. Requests submitted outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

Unless AlphaLife Floors confirms otherwise in writing, the 10% discount applies to:

• Qualifying labor charges for installation and/or repair services performed by AlphaLife Floors that result directly from the website form submission using the promo code.
   

Important: The discount applies only to the qualifying portion of the invoice and is applied before sales tax and after any required minimum charges.

Unless AlphaLife Floors agrees in writing, the Promotion does not apply to:

• Flooring materials/products (plank, tile, carpet, trim, transitions, adhesives, underlayment, moisture systems, fasteners, etc.)
   
• Delivery/freight/shipping, fuel/travel fees, or trip charges
   
• Removal/demolition, disposal/haul-away, dumpster fees, or clean-out services
   
• Subfloor prep materials and processes (leveling/patch/skim, grinding/shot blasting, extensive prep), moisture testing, or moisture mitigation systems
   
• Stairs, custom carpentry, cabinetry/toe-kick modifications, structural repairs, or work outside standard installation/repair scope
   
• Insurance work, warranty work, remediation (including mold), or third-party coordinated work
   
• Commercial projects, property management accounts, builder/GC accounts, or contract/pricing agreements
   
• Deposits/down payments (discount applies to eligible completed work, not to the deposit itself)
   
• Prior invoices, previously scheduled jobs, previously issued estimates, or already-discounted pricing
   

This Promotion cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotion, referral reward, bundle deal, special contract pricing, price match, negotiated discount, or other offer unless AlphaLife Floors approves in writing.

Only one promo code may be applied per project unless we approve otherwise in writing.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Limit one redemption per household/address during the Promotion Period.
   
• Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
   
• The request must be submitted by the homeowner/property owner or an authorized decision-maker.
   

The Promotion is subject to:

• Service area limitations (we may decline work outside our normal service area).
   
• Scheduling availability and capacity (we may pause or limit redemptions if our schedule is full).
   
• Scope and site conditions discovered during evaluation (which may change eligibility or pricing).
   

Entering a promo code does not guarantee eligibility. AlphaLife Floors will confirm eligibility during the estimate/booking process.

Final eligibility is not guaranteed until AlphaLife Floors acknowledges the Promotion in writing (email, estimate, invoice note, or similar). If a project changes materially (scope, timing, or eligibility factors), we may remove or adjust the discount accordingly.

If a qualifying job is canceled or rescheduled:

• Rescheduling beyond the Promotion Period may result in the Promotion being forfeited.
   
• Significant scope changes may require recalculation or removal of the discount.
   

Sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated and applied in accordance with Michigan law and may be based on amounts before discounts where required.

Certain transactions may include legal cancellation rights depending on how and where the agreement is made. Any required cancellation notices will be provided with your written contract documents.

AlphaLife Floors reserves the right to:

• Correct typographical errors, misprints, pricing errors, or technical issues related to the Promotion.
   
• Refuse, cancel, or revoke the Promotion where misuse, fraud, duplication, or manipulation is suspected.
   
• Void the Promotion if prohibited or restricted by law.
   

AlphaLife Floors may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time. If the Promotion is ended early, we will honor properly submitted requests already acknowledged in writing as eligible, subject to scheduling and completion within a reasonable time.

Where required, AlphaLife Floors maintains applicable Michigan licensing.

These terms are intended to be straightforward, but AlphaLife Floors has final discretion to interpret and apply this offer in a fair and reasonable manner consistent with the intent of the promotion.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, payment, or scheduling of services will not increase the odds of winning unless Sponsor clearly offers a bonus-entry method in writing as part of this Promotion.

By submitting an entry and/or participating in the slot game, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Official Rules (“Rules”).

The “Promotion” (slot game + drawing) is sponsored by Worthing Group LLC, doing business as AlphaLife Floors (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Frankenmuth Home Show, its promoter(s), the venue, or any other exhibitor/vendor/brand. Sponsor is solely responsible for the Promotion.

The Promotion is open only during the official show dates and show hours for the Frankenmuth Home Show on March 7–8, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s device(s) are the official timekeeper.

Open only to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at time of participation and who attend in person during the Promotion Period.
Not eligible: Sponsor’s owners, employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members and household members. Event staff, exhibitors, vendors, and their household members are also not eligible. Void where prohibited.

A. Instant-Win Slot Game (On-Site): played via Sponsor’s device(s) during the Promotion Period and may award certain in-booth prizes.
B. Sweepstakes Drawing (Entry Form): a random drawing for the listed prize credits from eligible entries submitted during the Promotion Period.

• Limit two (2) spins per guest during the Promotion Period.
   
• Sponsor may use reasonable verification methods to enforce limits (including on-site verification, device controls, or verification codes).
   

• Limit one (1) slot-game prize per household during the Promotion Period.
   
• While supplies last. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
   

All slot-game prizes must be claimed in person at AlphaLife Floors booth (211) during official show hours and during the Promotion Period.
Unclaimed slot prizes expire at the end of the show and have no cash value.

Slot game prizes may include (as displayed in the slot game and/or at booth 211):

• $50 Credit (AlphaLife Floors credit; restrictions apply)

Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the slot-game prize list only as needed for availability, substitution, or integrity of the Promotion, consistent with these Rules.

• Slot game outcomes are determined by Sponsor’s game logic.
   
• Odds are posted/represented in the slot game and are subject to technical constraints and integrity protections.
   
• Based on the current configuration discussed for this Promotion: the loss chance on the second spin is 1 in 5, and the $1000 credit symbol is set to approximately 1 in 500,000 among winning outcomes (all other win outcomes are distributed across the remaining prizes; exact distribution is defined by Sponsor’s current game configuration).
   
• Sponsor may void results caused by malfunction, tampering, automation, abuse, or suspected fraud.
   

Eligible attendees may enter during the Promotion Period by completing the official entry form at:
alphalifefloors.com/promo (“Entry Form”) and submitting all required fields.

Limit one (1) entry per household during the Promotion Period. Incomplete entries, entries with invalid contact info, duplicate household entries, or entries submitted outside the Promotion Period are void.

Sponsor may offer bonus entries as clearly stated in writing (on the Entry Form and/or posted at booth 211).

• Maximum bonus entries: ten (10) per household during the Promotion Period.
   
• Bonus entries will be applied at the discretion of Worthing Group LLC and may be denied if they are incomplete, unverifiable, duplicative, abusive, or inconsistent with the stated bonus method(s).
   
• Sponsor’s determination regarding bonus entries is final, subject to applicable law.
   

Sponsor will award up to three (3) prize credits totaling $1,000 in stated prize value:

• First Prize: $600 credit toward eligible AlphaLife Floors products/services
   
• Second Prize: $300 credit toward eligible AlphaLife Floors products/services
   
• Third Prize: $100 credit toward eligible AlphaLife Floors products/services
  Total ARV: $1,000
   

Prize Form: Drawing prizes are credits/discounts toward products/services provided by AlphaLife Floors (Worthing Group LLC). No cash value. No substitution, transfer, assignment, or redemption for cash.

Prize credits may be applied only to eligible products/services totaling at least seven (7) times the prize amount prior to applying the credit (e.g., a $600 credit requires a minimum project total of $4,200 before discounts), unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing.

Additional restrictions:

• Applies to new qualifying purchases only.
   
• Not valid on prior purchases, deposits already paid, gift cards, taxes, permits, financing charges, or third-party services.
   
• Cannot be combined with other coupons/discounts/promotions/special pricing unless Sponsor approves in writing.
   
• Valid only for projects within Sponsor’s normal service area: Genesee County, Michigan.
   
• Credit must be used on a project scheduled within fourteen (14) days of winner notification and completed within twenty-one (21) days thereafter, unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.
   
• Any unused portion is forfeited.
   

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about March 10, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided (email and/or phone). Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered messages due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, carrier issues, or other factors outside Sponsor’s control.

Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and may require signing customary release/eligibility documentation where permitted by law.

If a selected winner cannot be reached within five (5) calendar days after the first notification attempt, is found ineligible, fails to provide required documentation, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor may treat entries or claims as the same household based on reasonable indicators (including address, phone, email, device identifiers, or other information) to enforce household limits. Sponsor may disqualify suspected duplicates or attempts to bypass limits.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, has violated these Rules, submitted false information, attempted to tamper with the Promotion, or engaged in abusive behavior.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs integrity, and will proceed in a manner it deems fair and consistent with these Rules and applicable law.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from claims arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, entry errors, device/browser incompatibility, unauthorized intervention, or network/service disruptions.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes (if any) associated with receipt or use of a prize.

Information collected will be used to administer the Promotion and for Sponsor follow-up/marketing consistent with Sponsor’s privacy practices. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor contacting them regarding flooring products/services and the Promotion.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
